Receipt book, 1763-1769.

Receipt book, 1763-1769, kept by the executors of David Verplanck's will, John Beekman and Isaac G. Verplanck; some receipts dated Albany. The receipts cover, among other things, the expenses of David Verplanck's funeral, a medical bill from Peter Gansevoort, and expenses related to boarding, clothing and educating David Verplanck's children, David, John, and Ariaantje. A few other receipts are laid in, including one for legal work from Anthony Ten Eyck. Some typescript notes on the family and other people mentioned in the receipt book are kept with the volume.
